Refund policy

Our snacks are imported from Thailand and use a healthy formula. There are no butter, stabilizers, and no added sugar. Hence, they are fragile. 
Due to the edible nature of snacks and beverages, we do not accept returns.
If your product is severely damaged or you did not receive the correct items, please email us a photo of the damaged/faulty items (within 3 days upon receiving your package), and we will either refund or replace your items. Please contact us to start the exchange/refund process.

Returns are not applicable for swag items.

Low-Kcal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
